The Greater Rockies Immersive Training on Exploitation and Trafficking (GRIT) is an annual, hands-on training experience hosted by Uprising and FYN Global in collaboration with the Wyoming and Montana Attorneys General’s Offices. GRIT brings together frontline professionals from across the Rocky Mountain region to strengthen community responses to human trafficking and exploitation through immersive, multidisciplinary learning.
By combining the latest research, field-tested practices, and interactive scenarios—including our signature mock operation—GRIT equips attendees to more effectively investigate, prosecute, and respond to exploitation-based crimes. The training emphasizes trauma-informed, victim-centered approaches.
With a focus on real-world application and regional collaboration, GRIT is designed to advance sustainable systems change across the multi-disciplinary team, including law enforcement, advocacy, legal, healthcare, social services, and community-based sectors.
CEU credits available for law enforcement, social workers, and legal professionals
